Return & Exchange Policy
At Drivon, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.
Returns
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support.drivon@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Please do not send any item back without prior approval.
Exchanges
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a replacement product will be shipped to your provided address within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance offers.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
Orders placed with the wrong product selection by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Drivon within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
